Services. Ocoya is an online platform for creating, scheduling and publishing social media content, provided as a subscription. Plan descriptions, prices and the features included in each plan are listed on the Pricing page. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (month or year) until you cancel it. You can cancel the subscription at any time in your account settings (Settings → Billing); cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Customer service and complaints. You can send questions and complaints by email to support@ocoya.com. In your complaint, please state your first and last name, the email address of your account, a description of the problem and what you are asking for. We will examine the complaint and reply in writing (by email) no later than 14 days from the day we receive it.

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement before the period expires: by clicking the “Withdraw from contract” button in your account settings (Settings → Billing) or by sending a message by email to support@ocoya.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract (Article 6.228¹¹(9) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania). You lose the right of withdrawal if the services have been fully performed within the withdrawal period, where performance began with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

Contract confirmation. Once the contract is concluded, we will send a confirmation of the contract to your email address, containing this information and the full text of the Terms of Service you accepted.

Out-of-court dispute resolution. If you are not satisfied with our reply, disputes concerning improper performance or non-performance of the contract are examined out of court, under the procedure laid down in the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, VVTAT), A.
