Airtable has its own sign-in for apps, so there is no token to paste and nothing to build. You choose the bases on Airtable's screen, and that list is the whole of Ocoya's access.

Airtable asks you, on its own screen, which bases Ocoya may use. Add the content calendar and the launch tracker, leave finance and hiring out, and those bases simply do not exist as far as Ocoya is concerned — not hidden, unreachable.

Any table can be a channel on your calendar.
Once the bases are granted, every table in them is listed by base. Tick the ones you want and each becomes a channel — scheduled like any network, shown on the same calendar, and available as a trigger the moment you build a workflow.

Ocoya reads the table and finds where each part of the post belongs: the text goes into your Caption column, the photos and video into your attachment field, the first line into the primary field so every row has a name. Your other columns — owner, status, notes — are left for your team.

Teams already plan social in an Airtable base and then copy every caption into a scheduler by hand. Point a workflow at that table instead. Airtable tells Ocoya the moment it changes, so there is no timer to wait out: a new row — or a row moved to Approved — is posted moments later, with its caption and its photos.

How publishing worksYour base stays yours.
Ocoya reads the bases you granted to list their tables and, for a workflow, the rows of the table it watches. It writes only the rows it publishes. It never edits a row your team created, and deleting a post removes only the row Ocoya added. Removing Ocoya from your Airtable account ends its access at once.
