Every conversation. One inbox.
DMs, comments, mentions and Google reviews from your social accounts, comments on your SEO articles and, soon, your email. One list for the whole team, with AI drafting replies in your voice.
Every stream lands in the same list.
Each conversation is one thread, in the order it happened. No tabs across five apps to find where a question went.
DMs
Private messages to your Facebook Page and Instagram account, threaded per person.
Comments
Comments on your posts, answered right under the post without opening the network.
Mentions
Posts and stories where someone tagged you, so every shout-out gets a thank-you.
Google reviews
Reviews of your Google Business locations, with their stars. Your reply posts publicly under the review.
Article comments
Comments on your SEO articles, answered next to your social replies.
Your email replies join the same list, so a customer is one thread wherever they write.
The Inbox reads Facebook, Instagram and Google Business today. Connecting another network to publish does not add its messages here.
One seat that sees every conversation.
Every thread carries a state the whole team sees. Open until someone resolves it, assigned to whoever owns it, archived when it should never surface again.
Open threads
Ask for a draft that sounds like you.
In a DM, Ocoya reads the last four messages and drafts a reply in your brand voice. It lands in the reply box for you to edit. Nothing is sent on its own.
We do! Standard shipping to Canada takes 5 to 7 days, so an order today gets there before the 14th. Want the link to the store?
When a thread is too short
The conversation is too short to suggest a reply
Ocoya says so instead of guessing.
Type the common answers once.
Save the replies you send every week and drop one into a conversation in a click. Snippets belong to the brand, so the whole team shares one set.
Snippet or AI reply?
SnippetFree
A question with one right answer. Free, instant and the same every time.
AI reply1 credit
A conversation that needs reading. Drafts from the last four messages.
Name a snippet by the question, not the answer. "Shipping times" is easier to find in a hurry.

Opening hours
We are open 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
Holding reply
Thanks! Checking with the team and back to you today.
Returns
Anything unused can come back within 30 days.

Pass the conversation to the right person.
Add an assignee from the panel beside the thread, so two people never answer the same customer. Assigned to me plus Open is the working view: what is unresolved and yours.

Internal noteOnly your team sees notes
@nina she ordered twice last month, the wholesale rate is fine here.
More than one assignee
When two people genuinely work a thread, both can be on it.
Notes stay on the thread
Context lives with the customer it belongs to, never sent to them.
A marker, not a lock
Anyone on the brand can still reply, which helps when someone is away.
What it is about
What it needs
Where it came from
Find any thread again by what it was about.
Add labels from the panel beside a conversation, or make a new one on the spot. The person on the other end never sees them.
Resolve
You are done replying. It leaves the Open list but stays in the Inbox.
Archive
Out of the way entirely, under the Archived filter. Unarchive it any time.
Let workflows answer the easy ones.
A new DM, comment, mention or review can start a workflow that replies for you. An automated reply never closes the thread: it stays Open until a person resolves it.

3/5 steps
Examples to start from
- Reply to every Instagram DM
- Answer price and opening-hours questions
- Thank people who comment, by name
- Reply to Facebook comments
- Reply to every Google review
- Answer unhappy reviews with care
- Alert your team on Slack about bad reviews
Each run costs 1 credit
A comment or review trigger runs once per comment or review, so a busy post adds up. A filter step keeps it in check, and pausing the workflow stops it at once.
Wondering what sent a reply? The panel beside each thread lists the workflows acting on that profile.
Three checks and you are live.

Connect your channels
Facebook, Instagram and Google Business use the same connection as publishing, so a channel you post to is ready.

Allow access to messages
In the Instagram app, switch on Allow access to messages under Connected tools. Comments arrive without it, DMs do not.
Choose the profiles to watch
Each profile has a toggle in the Inbox. The first time, Google brings in the last 30 days of reviews.
Inbox, answered.
Facebook and Instagram (DMs, comments and mentions) and Google Business reviews, plus comments on your SEO articles. Email is coming soon. You can publish to many more networks, but their messages do not appear in the Inbox yet.
