Your Wix Blog, written from Ocoya.
Publish articles straight to Wix Blog on your site — title, cover image, headings, lists and links as real Wix formatting, live on your site or kept as a draft. And when a new post goes up on your blog, share it everywhere else on its own.

Add Ocoya to your site, and pick who writes.
Wix installs Ocoya like any other app on your site. There is no key to copy and nothing to build — one click in Wix, one choice in Ocoya.
Pick Wix
Open Channels in Ocoya and choose Wix, under Blogging. Your site needs the free Wix Blog app — most Wix blogs already run on it.
Channels → Connect channelAdd Ocoya to your site, in Wix
Wix asks which site, then shows what Ocoya will be able to do. Agree and it is added, like any app from the App Market.
Choose a site → Agree & AddChoose the author
Back in Ocoya, pick the site member your posts are written by, and the categories they are filed under. Your blog is now a channel.
Save and connectOcoya gets the blog. Not the site.
Wix shows exactly what Ocoya may do before you agree: manage blog posts, read your blog and members, and add the images your posts carry. It cannot change your pages, your design, your store or your settings — and removing the app from your site ends its access at once.
- One site per connection — add Ocoya to another site to connect it too
- Remove Ocoya from your site’s apps any time to revoke it
- Connect again to change the author, without losing your channel

Ocoya will be able to:
Wix needs an author. You choose it once.
Every Wix Blog post is written by a member of the site, so Ocoya asks you to pick one when you connect — yourself, or whoever the blog is signed by. Choose categories too, and every post from Ocoya is filed under them, the same as one you wrote in Wix.
- The author is picked from your own site members
- Categories are optional, chosen from your blog’s own
- Shown on the channel’s page, so nobody has to guess
Ocoya publishes to Wix Blog on this site, not to Wix CMS collections. Wix needs an author for every blog post: pick the site member posts are written by, and the categories they are filed under.
An article in, a finished blog post out.
Wix keeps a post in its own rich content, not HTML — so Ocoya converts the article block by block. Headings stay headings, lists stay lists, and quotes, links, bold, italic, code and dividers arrive as Wix formatting you can keep editing in the Wix editor. The first image becomes the cover; the rest are copied into your Media Manager and placed in the post.
- Markdown arrives as real headings, lists, quotes and links
- Images are copied to your Media Manager, not hot-linked
- Every post needs a title, so the composer asks for one

Straight to your blog, or into Drafts for review.
Each Publish to Wix Blog step chooses. Publish live puts the post on your blog the moment it is sent, with its own page and link. Keep as draft saves it in your blog’s Drafts, for an editor to read, tweak and publish in Wix.
- Publish live: the post and its page go up at once
- Keep as draft: it waits in Drafts, unpublished
- Posts from the composer go live; workflows let you choose

Publish a post on Wix. Watch it share itself.
Write in Wix as you always do. When a post is published, Wix tells Ocoya at once and a workflow posts it to LinkedIn, X and Facebook — with its excerpt, its cover and a link back to the post.
- Runs for every newly published post on the blog
- Each post runs once — editing it later never posts it twice
- Posts already on your blog are left alone when you switch it on
- Add an AI step in between to phrase it for each network

The trigger hands the steps after it everything a post is made of: its title, excerpt, full text, cover image, categories and its link on your site. A post can quote the excerpt, a prompt can read the whole article, and the cover becomes the post’s picture without anybody downloading it.
- Title, excerpt and the full text as {{trigger.text}}
- The live post as {{trigger.url}}, for the link in the post
- The cover as {{trigger.image}}, used as the post’s media

What teams do with it.
Wix is where the site lives. These are the jobs that stop needing a copy and paste once Ocoya can write to the blog and read from it.
Run your blog from an AI campaign
Start a blog campaign in Ocoya and each article lands on your Wix Blog with its title, cover and formatting — published on the day you scheduled.
Announce every new post
Publish on your Wix Blog, and a workflow shares it to LinkedIn, X and Facebook with its excerpt, cover and link — nobody has to remember.
Turn a feed into drafts
Point a workflow at an industry RSS feed. Each new article is summarised by AI into a draft on your Wix Blog, waiting for an editor.
Keep a news page current
Send updates from your own tools to Ocoya’s webhook and publish them as Wix Blog posts, live in seconds.
Publish once, everywhere
Pick Wix alongside WordPress, Webflow and Notion and the same article goes to each, under its own rules and on the same calendar.
Plan the blog with the socials
Blog posts sit on the same calendar as the posts that announce them, so the whole week reads in one place.
The details, before you plan around it.
These follow from how Wix Blog works, and from how Ocoya reads and writes it.
A blog campaign, straight to Wix.
Give an AI blog campaign a goal and a schedule, choose your Wix Blog, and each article arrives as a finished post — title, cover image, formatting, author and categories — published on its day, alongside the social posts that announce it.
How campaigns workYour site stays yours.
Ocoya reads your blog, its categories and your site members, and writes only the posts it publishes and the images they carry. It never edits a post your team wrote, and it cannot change your pages, design, store or settings. Removing Ocoya from your site in Wix ends its access at once.
