Your Webflow CMS, written from Ocoya.
Publish articles straight into a Webflow collection — headline, slug, rich text, summary and main image filled in for you, live on your site or kept as a draft. And when a new post goes up on your site, share it everywhere else on its own.

Sign in with Webflow, and pick exactly which sites.
Webflow has its own sign-in for apps, so there is no token to copy and nothing to build. You choose the sites on Webflow's screen, and that list is the whole of Ocoya's access.
Pick Webflow
Open Channels in Ocoya and choose Webflow, under Blogging. There is no API token to generate and nothing to install in the Designer.
Channels → Connect channelChoose the sites, in Webflow
Webflow shows what Ocoya will be allowed to do and asks which sites it may use. Tick the ones that matter — the rest stay out of reach.
Choose sites → Authorize appChoose your collections
Back in Ocoya, every CMS collection on those sites is listed. Each one you tick becomes a channel on your calendar and a trigger for your workflows.
ConnectedOcoya sees the sites you choose. Nothing else.
Webflow asks you, on its own screen, which sites Ocoya may use. Choose the blog and leave the client sites out, and those sites simply do not exist as far as Ocoya is concerned. Ocoya can read and write CMS items — it cannot touch your pages, styles or Designer.
- Every collection on a chosen site can become a channel
- Revoke the access any time from your Webflow account
- Connect again to add sites, without losing your channels

Sites Ocoya can access
Any CMS collection can be a channel on your calendar.
Once the sites are chosen, every collection on them is listed by site. Tick the blog — or the changelog, the case studies, the job board — and each becomes a channel: scheduled like any network, shown on the same calendar, and ready to start workflows.
- Collections are grouped under their site
- Each collection is its own slot on the calendar
- The same collection can receive articles and start workflows
An article in, a finished CMS item out.
Ocoya reads the collection and finds where each part belongs. The headline becomes the Name and the slug. The article lands in your Rich text field as real headings, lists and links, the first image becomes the Main Image, and Post Summary and Time to read are written from the article itself.
- Fields are found by name and type — Post Body, Main Image, Post Summary
- Markdown arrives as real headings, lists, quotes and links
- A slug already taken gets a short suffix instead of an error

A required Author or Category? Answer it once.
Real collections ask for more than an article carries — an Author reference, a Category option, a client's region. When you connect, Ocoya lists each required field it has nothing for and lets you pick the value every post should use, from your own items and options. Ocoya checks the collection again before a post goes out, so a missing field is caught in the composer, not after it failed.
- References are chosen from your own Authors, Categories and Tags
- Options, numbers, links and text can be given a fixed value
- Posts with something missing are flagged before you schedule them
Blog Posts requires fields a post has nothing for. Choose what every post from Ocoya should use.
Straight to your site, or into the collection for review.
Each Publish to Webflow step chooses. Publish live puts that one item on your site the moment it is posted — no full site publish, so nobody’s half-finished page goes out with it. Keep as draft leaves the item in the collection for an editor to read and publish in Webflow.
- Publish live: only the new item goes live, not the rest of the site
- Keep as draft: it waits in the collection, unpublished
- Posts from the composer go live; workflows let you choose

Publish a post on Webflow. Watch it share itself.
Write in Webflow as you always do. When an item is published, Webflow tells Ocoya at once and a workflow posts it to LinkedIn, X and Facebook — with its summary, its main image and a link back to the page. Or run only when a field reaches a value, like Category is News.
- Runs for every newly published item, or only when a field matches
- Each item runs once — editing or republishing never posts it twice
- Items already on your site are left alone when you switch it on
- Add an AI step in between to phrase it for each network

Each field of the collection is handed to the steps after the trigger under its own name, along with the item's link on your site. A post can quote the summary, a prompt can read the whole article, and the Main Image becomes the post's picture without anybody downloading it.
- Any field as {{trigger.field_name}}, named as in your collection
- The live page as {{trigger.url}}, for the link in the post
- Picked from a list in the builder, with the newest item to test with

What teams do with it.
Webflow is where the site lives. These are the jobs that stop needing a copy and paste once Ocoya can write to it and read from it.
Run your blog from an AI campaign
Start a blog campaign in Ocoya and each article lands in your Blog Posts collection with its headline, slug, summary and cover — published on the day you scheduled.
Announce every new post
Publish in Webflow, and a workflow shares the post to LinkedIn, X and Facebook with its summary, image and link — nobody has to remember.
Turn a feed into drafts
Point a workflow at an industry RSS feed. Each new article is summarised by AI into a draft item in Webflow, waiting for an editor.
Keep a changelog current
Send release notes from your own tools to Ocoya’s webhook and publish them as items in a Changelog collection, live in seconds.
Publish once, everywhere
Pick Webflow alongside WordPress, DEV.to and Notion and the same article goes to each, under its own rules and on the same calendar.
Share news on a schedule
Run a workflow only when Category is News, or only for one collection, so case studies and job posts each go where they belong.
The details, before you plan around it.
These follow from how the Webflow CMS works, and from how Ocoya reads and writes it.
A blog campaign, straight into Webflow.
Give an AI blog campaign a goal and a schedule, choose your Webflow collection, and each article arrives as a finished item — headline, slug, excerpt as the summary, reading time, cover image — published on its day, alongside the social posts that announce it.
How campaigns workYour site stays yours.
Ocoya reads the collections on the sites you chose and, for a workflow, the items of the collection it watches. It writes only the items it publishes and never edits an item your team created. It cannot change your pages, styles or settings. Revoking Ocoya in your Webflow account ends its access at once.
